These shortbread cookies are freshly custom baked by the famous Punalu'u Bakeshop for the Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Visitor's Center on the Big Island. The shortbread cookies are filled with delicate macadamia nut bits and each Hawaiian cookie is individually hand dipped in premium milk chocolate.

These Hawaiian cookies have a buttery taste that perfectly compliments the macadamia nuts and rich milk chocolate. These cookies are limited in production and are only sold at the Mauna Loa Visitor Center, and not at their online site. Since they are very popular and limited in supply, I have to buy them retail at the Visitor's Center.
