Ordering is quick and easy using our site's secure shopping cart with your American Express, Discover, Visa or Mastercard, e-check, or Paypal account. You will be transferred securely to the Paypal secure site to process all payments. You DO NOT need to be a member of Paypal in order to pay with your credit card through Paypal.
We also accept Google Checkout but it is not set up with our shopping cart. Please email your order to us at info(at)hawaiivacationgifts(dot)com and we will send you a google checkout invoice so you can pay us.
We only ship to addresses and PO box address in the United States, and APO and FPO addresses.
You will receive an automatic email confirmation of your order, so you will know that your order has been received and processed securely.
We ship to all 50 United States by USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Express mail for all services are available at an extra charge, please see shipping info page.
Most in-stock items ship within 1-5 business days. U.S. Priority mail usually takes 2-4 days but can take longer.
Fresh pineapples and papayas only ship on Monday and Tuesday and take 2-3 days to deliver with UPS.
Fresh flowers, leis and pineapple gift baskets ship Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday with Federal Express 2 day delivery.

If your order will be shipped to a different address as a recipient gift, we can enclose a hand written note free of charge. Write what you would like us to say in the "add comments about your order" message area of the shopping cart order form.
We will also send you another email after your order has been shipped so you know to expect it soon.
You can also order by telephone (808) 966-6048 9 am - 6 pm Hawaii Standard time which is 2 hours before Pacific standard time, 5 hours before central time, and 6 hours before eastern time. If we don't answer the phone, please leave a message speaking loudly and clearly and we will return your call as soon as possible.
